These Terms of Service govern the use of Trentor INC’s website and professional services.

Company Services

Trentor INC provides education program administration, curriculum coordination, enrollment support, participant communication, training operations, digital learning support, reporting, documentation, workforce development support, community education program support, resource coordination, vendor coordination, outreach support, and administrative project management.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate program information, timelines, approvals, service instructions, and documents needed for service completion.
  • Delays in providing required information, access, approvals, or payments may affect timelines and deliverables.

Payments

Payments may be required before work begins, at milestones, or upon completion. Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored, sold, rented, or shared by Trentor INC.

Service Delivery

Services are delivered through email communication, scheduled meetings, written documents, digital files, administrative records, reporting summaries, virtual tools, client-approved milestones, and agreed project timelines.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be considered when the service has not yet started, no planning or administrative setup has been performed, no expenses have been incurred, and the cancellation request is submitted before the agreed service start date.

Non-Refundable Services and Costs

Completed services, work already performed, consultation time, prepared program documents, reports, participant files, training materials, digital deliverables, software subscriptions, printing, event, travel, vendor expenses, custom research, and program setup already completed are generally non-refundable.
